I was told by my lead that my efficiency is causing problem at my work place. It is easier to tell one person to “slow down” than to tell a bunch of people to “speed up”.
I have only worked there for 7months. So, it is so logical to talk to ME to slow down instead of telling others (worked 3+ years) to speed up. It is not about speed. It is about the flow. How am I be efficient while others can’t? There is a problem and that is problem is NOT me!
